Not So Fruity

Our most classic view on coffee. Staying true to our light roast, we selected coffees
that are less acidic, less fruity. Think nutty, chocolaty sweet cups.

Fruity Washed

In this category we select fruity, elegant, almost tea like coffees. The term ‘washed’ is used for the process that happens right after harvesting.

Fruity Unwashed

In our most funky category we bundle 'honey process’, 'natural process' maceration. These beans will have funky, fullbodied features of ripe fruit.
