Digging. We source our beans from a select group of specialized traders across Europe, each with their own unique expertise. By cupping a wide range of coffees, we dig deep to uncover those hidden gems that often go unnoticed. Working with different traders allows us to tap into their specialized knowledge and bring out the very best in every batch.
Playing. Our top priority is the pure joy of brewing the perfect cup. By experimenting with both our roasts and brewing methods, we maintain an open-minded approach that allows us to truly explore each bean's potential. We embrace the successes and learn from the missteps, always striving to improve and discover new flavors along the way.

How it started
After running their own successful, independent coffee bars for five years, best friends Kjell and Dave decided to take their passion a step further and begin roasting their own coffee at Blikfabriek in Hoboken. Opening their roastery in the midst of the pandemic, their initial focus was on roasting for their own coffee bars and supplying wholesale customers throughout Antwerp. Two years later, they expanded their vision by opening their flagship store at Amerikalei 82 in Antwerp, marking a new chapter in their journey.
